Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice do you need to prepare my order?
I suggest submitting your order with as much notice as possible, because I often book out several weeks in advance! I open my calendar for ordering about three months in advance. Subscribe to my newsletter or follow my Facebook or Instagram pages for announcements. I occasionally can prepare an order in under two weeks with a rush fee. As a mom, my first priority is my family, and I appreciate your understanding!
Do you only do custom orders?
No, I also offer holiday pre-sales of seasonal-themed cookies! So, for Valentine’s Day I might choose four different cookie designs and put them on my website for purchase individually. I am continually adding new ways to enjoy my baked goods. Sign up for my email list and follow my social media to be the first to know about these sales!
Do you deliver or ship?
I’m not able to offer delivery or shipping, per regulations for cottage kitchens in the state of Virginia. Bummer, I know! All orders are picked up from my home kitchen at a pre-arranged time.
Do your products contain nuts or other common allergens?
My recipes are mostly nut-free, and I can make gluten-friendly and dairy free cookies upon request – but my kitchen is NOT nut free. While I’m very careful about sanitation and minimizing cross contamination, I can’t guarantee that anything prepared in my kitchen is allergen free.
What is your order minimum?
I have a two dozen minimum for my full size cookies (3.5-4") and 3 dozen minimum for mini cookies (2"). Must order at least 3 dozen or more for multiple flavors.
How much can I expect to spend?
That depends! In addition to the size and complexity of your order, supply chain issues have greatly impacted the price of ingredients. When you submit a request, I’ll respond back with a quote for your order!
How will my cookies be packaged?
All cookies come heat sealed in individual bags. If you would like multiple cookies in a single bag (for example, mini cookies) please leave in your request. Bows and tags can be added for an additional cost.
